I Have study elsewhere which i can alter the worldwide defaults to the file by going to File>Selections>Proofing>AutoCorrect Solutions and unchecking The 2 checkboxes associated with AutoFit for Title and Text. Having said that, Once i return to editing my file, the autofit result is still current.
